Last updated: August 2, 2026
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines for using Parse's prompt security API and related services (the "Service"). This AUP is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Permitted Use
The Service is designed to help you:
- Screen AI agent prompts for prompt injection, jailbreaks, and adversarial attacks
- Analyze LLM outputs for safety risks
- Verify agent-to-agent trust
- Assess media credibility and content authenticity
- Build safer AI-powered applications
You may use the Service for legitimate security analysis, research, development, and operational purposes consistent with these goals.
2. Prohibited Activities

- Promote, facilitate, or encourage violence, terrorism, or harm to any person
- Exploit or harm minors in any way
2.2 Abuse of the Service
You must not:
- Exceed API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage quotas
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data beyond what the API provides

- Use the Service to develop competing security screening products
2.3 Security and Integrity
You must not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure or systems
- Bypass or circumvent any security or authentication measures
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, API keys, or accounts

3. Sandbox Usage
When using the execution sandbox feature (execute: true), additional rules apply:
- The sandbox is for analyzing prompt behavior only — not for running production workloads
- Do not attempt to escape the sandbox or access internal infrastructure
- Do not use the sandbox to execute cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive tasks
- Sandbox environments are isolated with no network access — attempts to establish outbound connections will be blocked
4. Content Restrictions
While the Service is designed to analyze potentially harmful content for security purposes, you must not:
- Submit illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content promoting terrorism
